I’m mona SCOTT-nORMAN

BA (Hons) MSc GMBPsS

A former media creative, a divorcee, and single parent to two children, I am also an award winning therapist, with a unique approach to therapy and coaching.

I create deep connections with clients, investing in their wellbeing, challenging them where appropriate, and giving practical guidance.  I go beyond the limitations of traditional work, bringing myself to client’s therapy at all times, allowing for deeper insight, and more profound shifts to take place.

I have particular expertise in relationship dynamics and issues, however I work with many people who are navigating a wide range of personal struggles.  Using humanistic, integrative and systemic approaches together with my deeply connected ethos, I have helped people overcome anxiety, free themselves from psychological abuse, hit major career goals, process childhood trauma, and discover their own inner confidence.

As a member of the British Psychological Society I subscribe to their code of ethics. I hold full professional indemnity insurance, and I am registered with the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) which regulates how data is processed.
