Relationship Therapist and Family Mediator

Therapist & mediator

relationship specialist

I offer therapy for individuals and couples, as well as specialised relationship and break up coaching.

I am one of very few therapists who is also a trained family mediator, and my skills in conflict resolution help separated couples seek a positive way forward.

I use a systemic approach in all I do - the idea that a person is a part of a whole system of moving parts and external dynamics. I take a largely humanistic viewpoint; the belief that, with support, people can themselves reach a state of profound self-knowledge and clarity.

My blog posts offer free information, advice and resources. Take a look here.

A different approach

I believe that in therapy, clients require more than a safe space and an empathetic ear.

I work with people who want to connect with a real person who has lived experience, who brings themselves to your therapy, and who will challenge perceptions and offer insight.

When I take clients on, I form a connection with them, extending session time if they need it, and committing to helping them get what they need out of our time together.
